Southwestern Marinade
Ingredients:
1/2 gal. cider vinegar
2 bottles (small) catsup
2 Tbsp. Spice Exchange Tabasco
Sauce
3 small cans tomato soup
1 bottle Worchestshire Sauce
3 bay leaves
3 cloves garlic, minced fine
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 oz. maple syrup
4 tsp. salad oil
1/2 c. Rasta Fire Hot Sauce
2 onions, chopped fine
salt to taste
Directions:
Bring everything to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer
at least 2 hours until it has reduced down.
