Crawfish Cocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 c chili sauce
1/2 c Catsup
1/2 c Horseradish
1 tb Worcestershire
1/2 t Salt
1 tb Lemon or lime juice
1/2 c Parsley, chopped fine
1 tbsp. Melinda's Extra
Hot Sauce
1 Boiled crawfish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients to make sauce. Pour over crawfish , or
dip the crawfish in the sauce.
May also substitute shrimp in the recipe.
