Guacamole
Ingredients:
3 large avocados
1/2 cup Melinda's Extra
Hot Salsa
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 large scallion chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 medium tomato chopped
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp wine vinegar
Directions:
Cross-cut and scoop out avocados and put in mixing bowl. Add all
other ingredients and mix to desired chunkiness. Put in 'fridge
for at least an hour. Eat with white corn or blue chips and enjoy!
