Party Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup Melinda's Extra
Hot Salsa
1 can refried beens
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/2 to 1 cup sugar
1 jello mold
sauce pan to heat salsa preferably glass
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and mold about 1/4 inch thick into jello mold,fill
the cavity with the refried beens, and place in the freezer to
harden.
Heat the salsa add sugar to taste.
mix the corn starch with some water and add to the salsa
mixture stirring until thickened.
Remove bean and cream cheese mixture from the mold invert so cream
cheese is on top and coat with the thickened salsa mixture.
